Recruitive provides Cloud based Recruitment Software solutions for Agencies and HR departments of businesses within the UK.

Based in Cannock we are looking to expand our team with the addition of further internal sales staff with a proven track record in sales.

We would particularly like to hear from experienced sales people, especially those selling within a Business to business environment over the phone including professionals such as Recruitment Consultants, Development Sales Executives, Business Development Managers and Sales Advisors and similar.

Candidates with experience of selling software solutions would be at an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Secure sales of the Recruitive range of software products and solutions
  • Coldcall prospective businesses to introduce our solutions and arrange for online demonstrations.
  • Guide the prospect, from an on-line demonstration, through to closure of the sale
  • Identify prospects requirements and overcome any sales objections
  • Forward planning of calls and demonstrations
  • Generate sales reports and management information

Ideal candidates will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Proven and demonstrable track record
  • Experienced in closing sales and full 360 cycle
  • Skilful in building relationships in a B2B environment and have a natural ability to communicate with prospective clients
  • Able to use your own initiative and be familiar with working to targets and thrive in an environment that rewards effort
  • Computer literacy
  • Core knowledge of sales principles and methods required.
