Recruitive is a leading UK supplier of cloud-based end to end recruitment software. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity now exists to introduce a talented, experienced and ambitious Lead Generation Executive to our office in Cannock.

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Lead Generation Executive. Working alongside a Senior Consultant you will play a key part in driving and growing our business. Using our existing database you will be tasked with contacting potential clients to identify their needs and book them in for a solution demonstration. You will also be required to attend industry specific events and exhibitions to generate potential new business leads.

You will be extremely self-motivated and driven with a proven track record in B2B lead generation. With an excellent telephone manner, the ability to use a consultative style to understand customer needs and the ability to close. you will be used to achieving and exceeding targets.

You will be provided with extensive training and supported by a collaborative team. This role is highly rewarding because it enables you to achieve both individually and as part of a team whilst helping the company to retain its position at the forefront of the recruitment software market.

Responsibilities will include;

• Understand Recruitive Software's core business
• Research and identify suitable organisations to approach
• Cold calling prospective leads
• Upload data
• Work closely with the Senior Sales consultants to hand over prospects effectively


• Must be target driven
• Excellent telephone manner
• Clear written and communication skills
• A self- motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed
• Enthusiastic, tenacious, persistent and positive attitude
• Computer skills, Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Ability to work under pressure
